Danger (BTS) " A Warning"

 

       Talking about one sided love, the desperation, anger issues, the jealousy and the need for the other person to love back. All of this is comprehensively described in a eye catching and nerve wracking song by BTS, Danger. As the name suggests, all ARMY all truly in Danger because of BTS members, the visuals, the rap the vocals and last but not the least the choreography, all of this combines to form Danger.

     This song is all about one sided love and the Why don't you love me back? concept. It's amazing how the song transitions to RM's rap to Jin's soft vocals and then to Suga's fiery rap again. Instead of the desperation we see in normal one sided love where the boy is begging for the girl to stay, we see that BTS is instead warning the girl with their rough and tough style and their fury. I mean if I was there I would have been scared out of my my wits, like who wouldn't be, when we see Jimin hitting the punching bag with all his strength, Jungkook shattering the piano into pieces by throwing it away, v cutting his hair and all that things. I always enjoy BTS self composed lyrics. This song seems to be a sequel of BTS's Boy In Luv but in that song where the couple had a happy ending in the song Danger reality hits hard and we are told that not all the relationships have a happy ending.

  While the verses seem more emotional and desperate the choreography contradicts it all, the frustration builds up in the boy so much that eventually he explodes and warns the girl that everything is in danger. As the lyrics say;

  "I'm warning you now, stop confusing me

   Are you joking? What am I to you?

    Am I easy to you? Are you playing with me?

  You are in danger right now? Why are you testing me."

   

    The ragged up studios and the deserted subway where the MV is shot serves as icing on the cake as they add a more meaning to the loneliness and deserted state of the boy. Like all the relationships the members still wait in vain for the calls and messages from the girl but upon receiving nothing they lose it all resulting in Jungkook destroying his piano, Jimin tearing up his sandbag, Suga throwing his basketball out of the window, RM giving himself a tattoo, V cutting his hair ( in behind the scenes of the MV V accidentally cut off his own hair whle cutting the wig which may contribute to his shorter bangs in various parts of the MV). 

   I f we talk about the song in whole it is really a dynamite as I always say. BTS always rock and they will continue to be as sassy and dangerous and putting us all in Danger.
