Spine Breaker " A Smack On Teen Community"

If you try to find a song that directly put a smack on teenagers that are a burden on their families, BTS's Spine Breaker is a way to go. Released under the album Skool Luv Affair, Spine Breaker is a self directed song by BTS themselves. The song put fire in the parents heart that time and it still does.

It has been seen that in a lot of their songs BTS are asking for social freedom and the freedom to dream and pursue one's own dreams, but never we have noticed their rebellion against parents or guardians and that's why they are on top. Spine Breaker is a serious song wrapped in funny MV and funky BGM that emphasizes o the young nation of not only in Korea but all over the world, it tells us as how the fashion trends that are in the society making the youngsters being a burden on their own parents. As padded jackets are mentioned on the song, kids ask to get the most expensive jackets from their parents when they can't afford it while a non-branded less expensive jacket can serve the same purpose, just for the sake of higher position in society.

BTS emphasizes through the song the nee to remove these trends from the society as the teenagers are obsessed with the fashion to the point that they even bully other kids whose parents can't afford to buy such expensive clothes. That is the backslash of this society, the need to fulfill their kids wishes parents have to work day and night, take loans and debts and thus today's generation have become a Spine Breaker for their parents that is totally not cool.

If we talk about the MV of this song it totally is the opposite of the song, I mean just look at the introduction at the start of the song, it's totally hilarious, the dance step are organizes by the Dance King Kim Seokjin himself and the members reactions and their head bobings are just on an another level.

We can say that this song is extremely serious but the MV makes it so hilarious. We all appreciate BTS consent for the parents and despite being millionaires they are still concerned about the parents. That's what we love about them. Don't we?
